Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

  • Pre-orders / made-to-order drops: dispatched within 5–7 business days after the pre-order window closes.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.


Pre-Orders (How it Works)

Some products are released as limited pre-order drops.

That means:

  1. You place and pay for your pre-order during the drop window

  2. We then order the blanks and produce/press your item

  3. Once production is complete, we dispatch your order

Pre-order turnaround: 5–7 business days after the pre-order window closes (unless a different timeline is stated on the product page).

Important: Pre-orders may close early if the drop sells out.


In-Venue Pickup (CFL X / Venue Collabs)

Some items are pickup only (no shipping).

If the product page states In-Venue Pickup Only, it means:

  • Purchase online

  • Collect from the nominated venue

  • No shipping is available for that item

Pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference — especially on pre-orders, limited drops, and pickup-only venue collabs.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a short description of the problem

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Lost / Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery timeframes are controlled by the carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
